This Wakizashi traditionally worn by Samurai and often paired with a katana. The handle (tsuka) and sheath are crafted from Bone and features detailed carving. This was done and the seams can be seen in the photos. some wear and tear are visible including some patina, a crack on the handle, and separation on the sheath.

The piece dates back to the 1890’s and represents the artistry and tradition of japanese swordsmithing.

This is a real sword and should be handled with care.
